What are the benefits of booking with our agency?
We have a wide range of high quality artists on our books and the knowledge to 'seek out' any unusual acts. We have the experience to help you make the right choices. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances preventing an artist from appearing we can provide another musician of equal quality. All of this ensures you a stress free time when planning your event.
How do I know the band I book will be of a high standard?
We have many years experience working with prestigious clients and renowned musicians (see about us). We value our reputation and only employ musicians of an exceptionally high standard. Audio samples of artists are available before making any booking.
How far in advance do I need to book?
The sooner you book the better your chances of getting exactly what you want. Harpists at weddings need to be booked at least 6 months in advance as they are very popular! It is always advisable to book early.
How much space does a band need to perform in?
A solo artist would need a space approx 6 feet wide x 6 feet deep. A large band of seven would need a space of approx 16 feet deep x 14 feet wide.
How much is it going to cost?
The cost depends on:
- How many musicians are performing.
- How far the musicians have to travel.
- Prices range from £175 for a solo musician to £4000 for a well-known soul singer. A trio would cost around £500 and a quartet around £700.
Can musicians take requests for songs?
Certainly, if the requests are provided at least a month before the event. Musicians may take requests on the night but only if they are familiar enough with the song to feel confident about playing it.
Do the musicians provide their own amplification and lighting?
Yes, all bands are responsible for providing their own sound equipment and lighting where necessary.
How do I make a booking?
Contact us and after agreeing on the perfect music for your event all parties will receive a contract. The contract ensures all parties are clear about the arrangements for a function and guarantees smooth running on the day. It also means you are covered legally. Small print will be kept to a minimum.
